I learned something new today. Pluto has an atmosphere. Now I can honestly say that I never cared one iota about what made up Pluto's atmostphere, but apparently there are some who did. For the record, the newest gas found on Pluto is carbon monoxide. This gas along with methane are the only proven gases on Pluto, but Nitrogen is thought be be the dominant gas. Now I am not saying I'd like to build a summer home there, but could you imagine the awesome view from that peak there on the right? Pitch a tent, roast some dogs, tell space stories... what's not to like?
